Ashley is a native Tulsan. She graduated from historic Booker T. Washington High School and then went on to the University of Tulsa, where she graduated with her Bachelor's Degrees in both Psychology and Religion/Philosophy. Ashley completed her Master's Degree at Oklahoma State University in Community Counseling.

Ashley is a International Certified Gambling Counselor, Certified Emotion Code Practitioner, Certified Body Code Practitioner, Certified Belief Code Practitioner, and a Licensed Professional Counselor, who has almost 16 years of experience working with individuals, groups, couples, and families. Her focus has been on mental health and addiction concerns. She has a passion for helping individuals gain control back in their life. She enjoys working with older adolescences, young adults, adults, and has as a special interest in helping veterans and active military members who have experienced trauma.

Ashley works with individuals couples, and families on a variety of issues such as gambling addiction, sexual addiction, substance abuse, trauma, anxiety, depression, and self esteem. She is trained in treatments such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE).

Ashley also takes a holistic approach of incorporating energy healing practices into her work. Ashley will address the connection between the mind, body, and spirit through a more natural system approach. Ashley is certified in Energy Healing practices such as Emotion Code, Body Code, and Belief Code. She is certified in Holy Fire Reiki Ryoho- First Degree, Second Degree, and Advanced Reiki Training.
